23/02/11 food intake

kk well here is my first day.... maaa it could have been better
altogether i ate
  • 2 slices of white bread with butter
  • a 250ml glass of smoothie
  • a boiled egg
  • a slice of white bread
  • some penny sweets
  • and a small bowl of pasta bake
not that great... i need to do some more exercises.... im off now to skip my heart out. :)

    I just wanted to say that I´m the other way around xD I need to gain weight (and its not going so well). Either way, how much is 21 pounds in kg? I´m from Sweden so we use kilograms here:D. Cause I dont think you need to lose that much weight. You look great to me^^.
    Oh and yea, youre right about no letting get out of your hands with the whole "not eating thing". I have friends who did and its not so nice... well ^^ you do have to feel good in your skin after all so I hope you reach your goal! ^^

  2. @ Deea oooh i've only had the blog like 8 hours and i gots a comment... cue uncool victory dance. haha 21 pounds is around 9.5 kg. i have a friend who wants to gain weight. she has a lightning fast metabolism. she literally eats 3 times as much as me in one sitting..not too sure how u wud go about gaining weight healthly(cos it seems our problem is polar opposite hehe) health food shops often sell this big tub of protein shakes that athletes use to build muscle.. so its basically a high calorie protein milkshake in allsorted flavours of course. my brother has it.. please follow my progress. :)

  3. When you diet! Try not to eat sweets or junk food! It really works if you don't!
